Our client is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Performance Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of online brands, as an Independent Contractor.
This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing and account management who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a group of e-commerce accounts, focusing on performance, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10-15 clients.
* Lead regular strategy and performance calls with each client (typically every two weeks).
* Analyse campaign data and store performance to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
* Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
* Identify opportunities to improve account performance and recommend additional services when relevant.
* Maintain clear documentation and reporting for each client’s account activity and outcomes.
* Support alignment between client goals and team execution.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
* Bachelor of Commerce Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
* Proven experience in e-commerce account or performance management
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategy, marketing funnels, and customer journeys
* Experience with Shopify (or similar platforms)
* Comfortable analysing performance data and drawing out key insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong project management and multitasking ability
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
* Must be available immediately and willing to work as an indepdendent contractor.
* Must be willing to work US hours.
