Our Client: * Leading food manufacturing business, with big ambitions and plans for the coming year. * Now seeking a Commercialisation Manager to support launch of a new to market brand. The Role: * Be main point of contact for a new to market brand launch – we are seeking a highly commercial individual who can be the lynchpin between sales, marketing and operations. * Deliver the project plan for the launch, ensuring timely delivery and availability. * Co-ordinating with international teams to facilitate the launch. * Advise and support sales team with commercial decisions prior to launch (e.g. pricing and distribution). * Liaise with marketing team to ensure brand cohesion. Ideal candidate: * Will have experience launching new brands/products into the UK market. * Will be highly commercial, with ideally experience across both sales and marketing. * Knowledge of supply chain/operational capabilities would be beneficial. * Can demonstrate success launching FMCG brands within short time frame.
