Duties of the role
* Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently to determine required repairs
* Carrying out repairs, servicing, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
* Road testing vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality standards
* Handling parts and consumables appropriately
* Providing excellent customer service and clear communication regarding vehicle repairs
* Adhering to workshop health and safety procedures at all times
Candidate requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician or equivalent
* Proven experience working within a busy workshop environment
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and strong customer focus
* Positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs
