We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join a dynamic team and work with a portfolio of renowned restaurant, bar, and hotel clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Craft, schedule, and publish captivating content across various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content plans for their clients.
* Create and optimize paid social media campaigns, while monitoring and reporting on the results.
* Engage with social media audiences daily and propose innovative campaigns to boost online presence and brand loyalty.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and industry insights.
* Collaborate with the wider PR team on campaigns and activations.
What Experience is Required:
* Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the fast-paced hospitality/food & drink industries.
* Track record of managing multiple social media accounts and building strong brands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using social media and design tools, including scheduling platforms.
* Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling content for social channels.
* Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask.
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
* 32 days of annual leave.
* Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
* Early finish at 4 pm every Friday during the summer (June to August).
