The Role:
Lead all daily operations, from service and staffing to maintaining the highest standards
Mentor, trainand develop a talented front-of-house and management team
Drive sales and profitability through exceptional service, eventsand promotions
Manage budgets, costsand stock to achieve financial targets
Collaborate with the wider group on marketing and strategic projects
About You:
A proven track record in management within a premium bar, restaurant, or fine dining environment. Experience in a Michelin-starred or AA-rosette level establishment is highly desirable
Outstanding leadership, communicationand problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate a team and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
A sharp commercial mindset with a clear focus on growth, operational efficiencyand elevating the guest journey
A natural ability to thrive in an independent, fast-paced setting
A genuine passion for fine dining, wine and the highest levels of hospitality
