* Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for major business and technology initiatives.
* Produce clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements aligned to regulatory and operational standards.
* Map current and future processes, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
* Work with architects, engineers, and product owners to define solution options and user stories.
* Support regulatory, risk, and compliance-driven change, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across multiple business units.
* Conduct data and workflow analysis to inform design decisions.
* Contribute to impact assessments, business cases, and readiness planning.
* Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
Required experience
1. Proven Business Analyst experience in a large financial-services organisation.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and governance frameworks.
