As an Executive Director in the Fusion Business Adoption team within JPMorganChase’s firmwide Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will play a hands-on, strategic role in deepening and expanding partnerships across JPMorganChase businesses and Corporate Functions. You will collaborate closely with Business and Product stakeholders to surface and prioritize high‑impact use cases, accelerating delivery through Fusion for JPMorgan—our comprehensive, cloud‑native data and AI platform.
You will ensure a seamless, structured handover to the Fusion Customer Success and Product teams by transferring comprehensive customer context—goals, business challenges, and value proposition—to guide implementation and assess product gaps, ensuring information continuity across teams and accelerating time-to-value.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and deepen executive partnerships across businesses and Corporate Functions to align Fusion adoption with priority outcomes and funding
2. Shape and prioritize a high-impact use-case portfolio, quantify value, and secure sponsorship for accelerated delivery
3. Lead structured discovery sessions and facilitate deep-dive workshops to define business problems and align on solutions
4. Ensure a seamless handover to Fusion Customer Success and Product teams by transferring comprehensive customer context
5. Define and report outcomes tied to business value, such as revenue, efficiency, risk reduction, and cycle-time
6. Drive continuous improvement using adoption and utilization metrics
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product gaps and guide implementation
8. Synthesize complex inputs into clear problem statements and actionable plans
9. Communicate and align stakeholders through executive storytelling and value articulation
10. Manage a portfolio of use cases with clear success metrics and phased delivery plans
11. Adapt to changing client needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
12. Experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Data & AI, or Cloud environments
13. Domain expertise in one or more business areas such as asset/portfolio management, retail banking, credit, fraud, or commercial banking
14. Ability to translate business needs into data and AI solutions
15. Strong foundation in data and AI, including data architecture, analytics/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and observability
16. Working knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns and their use cases
17. Proven facilitation skills for discovery and deep-dive workshops
18. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear problem statements
19. Executive communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and secure sponsorship
20. Experience managing a portfolio of use cases with quantified value and success metrics
21. Familiarity with cloud-native data/AI platforms and modern tooling
22. Project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

23. Hands-on experience with Python, GenAI, prompt management/orchestration, or Salesforce
