A well-established nursing home in Kilmarnock is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead the service and continue delivering the highest standards of person-centred nursing care. The home has a strong reputation within the local community and prides itself on providing a warm, supportive, and homely environment for residents.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated leader who can inspire their team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in clinical care and resident outcomes.
About the Nursing Home Manager role and what's on offer:
Permanent, full-time contract - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (day shifts with on-call duties)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Performance-related bonus scheme up to £30,000 (OTE up to £75,000)
30 days annual leave

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
Experienced Nursing Home Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
Hold a recognised care management qualification (e.g., SVQ/NVQ Level 5, RMA, or Diploma Level 5)
Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, support, and develop nursing and care teams
Thorough understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations, safeguarding, and local authority procedures
Well-organised, proactive, with excellent communication and administrative skills
