Key Responsibilities:Carry outdiagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer-specific tools and systemsComplete servicing, repairs, maintenance, and software updates to a high standardWork on hybrid and electric vehicles with access to the latest training and technologiesConduct road tests and final quality checks to ensure all work is completed to required standardsMaintain accurate job documentation and adhere to manufacturer and safety regulationsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprenticesWork efficiently to achieve productivity and quality targetsWhat Were Looking For:Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)Strong experience in diagnostics, repairs, and servicingAbility to work productively to meet time and efficiency targetsHigh attention to detail and commitment to first-time fixesEagerness to develop knowledge, particularly in hybrid/EV systemsA full UK driving licence is requiredWhy Join Us?
