A growing business based in Coventry is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Export Sales Administrator to support their international sales operations on a part-time basis.
This position would suit someone with previous export administration or international sales support experience who enjoys managing processes, coordinating shipments, and building strong working relationships with customers and logistics providers.
The Role
Working as part of a busy team, responsibilities may include:
* Processing international customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch
* Preparing export and customs documentation
* Liaising with freight forwarders and courier companies regarding shipments
* Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving delivery-related issues
* Supporting the smooth running of export and sales administration processes
* Assisting with process improvements and general operational support
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within export sales support, shipping, logistics or international administration
* Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
