Chapman Tate Associates is partnering with a fast-scaling ERP Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Consultancy that’s poised for global expansion. They are seeking a driven and strategic ERP Sales Manager to lead UK sales efforts. This is a newly created position, ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter environment and is ready to make a tangible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead UK sales operations, reporting directly to the Sales Director
* Drive new business and revenue generation, with a target of £1.5M annually (£300K–£350K gross profit)
* Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Account Managers, and BDMs while maintaining a leadership position
* Sell ERP solutions into manufacturing and logistics sectors, including warehousing, welding, grinding, distribution and heavy machinery
* Represent a portfolio of leading ERP platforms including IFS, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite
Candidate Profile
* Proven success in ERP sales, particularly within manufacturing and industrial verticals
* Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
* Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
* Familiarity with major ERP platforms and their value propositions
* Based within one hour of Birmingham or Manchester
