Our clients experienced property management department are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and well organised individual to lead their team.
The role involves Overseeing 2 Property managers and taking ownership of a portfolio of over 430 Properties

Duties
1. Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with business goals
2. Set performance targets for portfolios (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
3. Identify opportunities for growth, acquisitions, or improvements
4. Lead and manage property managers, leasing agents, and support staff
5. Recruit, train, and evaluate employees
6. Ensure high performance and professional development across the team
7. Prepare and manage budgets for properties
8. Monitor income, expenses, and profitability
9. Approve major expenditures and cost-control initiatives
10. Oversee rent collection and financial reporting
11. Act as the main contact for property owners, investors, and key stakeholders
