The HR Assistantwill work on a fixed term contract to support the team for between 3-6 months. About the Role As a HR Assistant, youll deliver accurate and timely HR administrative support, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for colleagues from recruitment through to onboarding and beyond. Youll be at the heart of our operations, maintaining essential records, supporting recruitment processes, and helping ensure we meet all legal and regulatory requirements. What Youll Be Doing Managing starters, leavers and contractual changes with precision and efficiency Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including safer recruitment checks Supporting onboarding, interview scheduling and candidate communications Ensuring all pre-employment checks (DBS, right to work, references, etc.) are completed Maintaining accurate HR records and systems in line with GDPR and audit requirements Supporting probation processes and employee lifecycle administration Assisting with learning and development activities and wider HR initiatives Contributing to continuous improvement projects within People Services What Were Looking For Youll be someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and great service.
