Opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join leading Commercial Law Firm in London at Senior Associate level.

They boast longstanding relationships with a broad range of exceptional clients, from large institutions and corporates to SMEs and entrepreneurs. They pride themselves on their modern and entrepreneurial approach.
The firm have a fantastic Real Estate team which is Legal 500 recognised for their work in Commercial Property, Property Finance and Property Litigation in London.
The Opportunity
Their Real Estate team specialises in advising commercial property investors and developers on the acquisition, management and disposal of high value property assets across England & Wales.
Their client base includes a mixture of overseas investors and UK-based property funds, together with well-known high street retail, restaurant and hotel brands.
The teams' development practice includes market sectors across the industry, including student housing, office, hotel and leisure, retail, residential (including build to rent) and warehouse and industrial.
As a Real Estate Solicitor, working at Senior Associate level, you will be responsible for:
* Handling the day to day landlord and tenant work for clients with large commercial property portfolios (new leases, licences and general advice)
* Acting on sales, purchases and the real estate aspects of refinancing (certificates of title)
* Managing similar transactions for smaller property companies and high net worth individuals
* Handling commercial and mixed use development work including the acquisition of sites, site set up and disposal of units
This is a pivotal hire for a close-knit team and one to work closely with the teams' head of department. They're seeking someone who is confident in leading on high value matters and who has the ambition to fast track to Partnership.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Real Estate Solicitor with 5 PQE +
* Experienced gained within a well-regarded Real Estate team in London or regionally
