Summary
* BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
* Rate is based on years of related experience
* Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case
* BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas
Urgent Needs
* Elizabethtown, PA: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-2:30pm
* Gordonville, PA: Monday- Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday 10am-12pm; male staff preferred
* Lancaster, PA: Monday- Friday 10:30am-1:30pm - Home
* Lancaster, PA: Tuesday and Thursday 2:45pm-4pm
* Lititz, PA: Saturday 3pm-5pm
* Mount Joy, PA: Monday and Tuesday 3pm-6pm

Primary Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
* Prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
* Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
Education / Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalency
* Experience working with children - preferred
Credentials
* PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
* PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
* PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
* TB Screening (current within 3 months)
* Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
* Paid clearances & TB screening!
