Key Responsibilities:
1. Apply engineering theory in support of new product development
2. Lead and oversee new product development projects.
3. Lead and oversee new product introduction (NPI) projects.
4. Lead and oversee test rig development projects for R&D testing facilities.
5. Take a leading role in the control of engineering master data such as drawings, models and MRP system material records and bills of materials, including the issuing and timely processing of engineering changes.
6. Assist Sales team with technical expertise to support new business development activities, sometimes involving UK and foreign travel.
