HQ2510/007 Project Manager Full-Service Community Network (FSCN) Location: Belfast Salary: NJC £51,356 - £54,495 prorata Term: Temporary Part-time Job-share (20 hours per week) probability of extension (funding dependant) Closing date: 03 November Project Manager We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact education initiative aimed at tackling educational disadvantage. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and young people by addressing systemic barriers to learning and achievement. As Project Manager, the postholder will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project, ensuring it meets its objectives, stays on budget, and delivers meaningful outcomes for children and families who experience educational disadvantage. This is a role for someone who is driven by social impact, highly organised, and skilled in community engagement. Essential Criteria Applicants must have Third level qualification in a relevant discipline (which could include: education,community development, youth work etc) Experience (at least two years) of working directly with children, families and/or communities who have experienced educational disadvantage Experience (at least two years) of managing a budget Experience (at least two years) of managing a team Desirable Criteria Experience managing complex projects in education, within statutory, voluntary or community settings Applicants must have access to a form of transport to meet the requirements of the job
