We are seeking a resilient, patient and driven Inclusion Officer to join our busy and vibrant high school and help make a difference to the futures of our young people. This is a key pastoral role, supporting students who have been removed from mainstream lessons and helping them successfully reintegrate into the classroom. This post is 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

* Have experience of working with young people in education, youth work, or a pastoral role.
* Be able to manage behaviour calmly and fairly, with empathy and high expectations.

* Be highly organised, reliable and able to keep accurate records.
