Our client is one of the largest and fastestgrowing motorretailers. They represent major global franchises from variouslocations in NorthernIreland.
They are now actively looking to recruit a Sales Executive fortheir dealership inPortadown.
JobPurpose:
* Toensure the Sales Experience is delivered to every customer.
* Deliveringthe highest level of customer satisfaction is paramount to thisrole as is achieving new and used car sales to the agreed targetset by the General Manager / SalesManager.
* TheSales Executive will pursue achieve incremental sales and profitopportunities through the sale of Finance Warranty Insurance andDealer AccessorySales.
Duties/Responsibilities:
BusinessGeneration:
* Agreesand uses a planned daily weekly and monthly schedule to generatebusiness.
* Usescustomer followup and telephone prospecting systems to createadditional sales opportunities for repeat and newbusiness.
* Participatesin external promotional activity in the market area to raise theprofile of the brand and to generate salesopportunities.
* Identifiesthe customer s needs and presents the dealership services that willenable these targets to be met. Follows a planned professionalsales presentation designed to achieve maximum results from theavailable salesopportunities.
* Establishesthe most appropriate way for the customer to fund their acquisitionwhether this be via PCP Hire Purchase or other fundingarrangements.
* Demonstratesproducts to customers both statically anddynamically.
* Conductsaccurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for a partexchange.
* Agreesvaluations and sales contracts with management and completessatisfactory negotiations with potential customers to maximisesales andprofit.
* Conductsa structured and professional vehiclehandover.
* Participatesin planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximisesales.
* Developsand maintains comprehensive product knowledge including competitorvehicles.
* Assistsin the maintenance quality and condition of the used cardisplay.
* Ensuresprices on vehicles are accurate and that current and appropriatepointofsale material isdisplayed.
CustomerCare:
* Ensuresthat good relationships are maintained and developed with internaland external customers by meeting their requirements and exceedingtheirexpectations.
* Handlesinternal and external customer problems complaints or difficultsituations using the necessary skills and where possible resolvingthe issue to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and thebusiness.
Administration:
* Processesappropriate dealership paperwork to ensure that the vehicle iscorrectly and fully prepared including the fitting of any specifiedaccessories.
* Providescompleted dealer and insurance documentation to the administrationdepartment so that vehicles can be taxed in a timelymanner.
* Completesthe Hire Purchase Information check and mileage check wherenecessary on all part exchangevehicles.
* Maintainsaccurate showroom control logs and customer contact data andsupplies this information to Management on a regularbasis.
* Workssystematically to handle all the administrative requirements of theposition.
* Ensuresthe security and processing of all monies taken from customers inline with dealer standards andprocesses.
* Ensuresthat forecourt stock is clean and serviceable for static anddynamic demonstrations to prospective customers and that thevehicle presentation meets dealershipstandards.
General:
* Understandsand complies with all appropriate sales and finance legislationrelevant to thedepartment.
* Cooperatefully with the implementation of the company s Health &Safety arrangements for example reporting accidents/incidents andequipment defects to management and maintaining a clean unclutteredand safe environment for customers members of the public andstaff.
* Ensuresthe maintenance of all equipment and othermaterials.
* Maintainspersonal awareness of the company s quality procedures described inthe company s Quality ManagementSystem.
* Completesany other appropriate sales activities as specified by theManager.
* Towork in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negativeenvironmental impact in relation to the processes and proceduresoperating within the job holder s area and across the widerbusiness e.g. reduction of waste recyclingetc.
