We’re looking for skilled electricians and mechanics who can keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. Your work will help ensure our production lines operate at their best every day, helping us produce some of the UK’s favourite snacks - like Snack-a-Jacks and Monster Munch.
Salary & Benefits
1. Annual salary: £58, (including shift premium).
2. Quarterly performance bonuses: £325 to £750.
3. Visa sponsorship.

Working Hours
9. Continental shift pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off.
10. hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
11. shifts: This will rotate between days (05:45-18:00) and nights (17:45-6:00).

Responsibilities
13. Carry out maintenance activities in your area of responsibility, maximizing wrench time while following safety protocols.
14. Support continuous improvement using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
15. Provide feedback to planners and leadership to help optimize schedules, frequency, and parts planning.
16. Conduct pre- and post-maintenance quality checks.
17. Manage lubrication mapping and execution, and support the simplification and rationalisation of our lubricants.
18. Train the autonomous maintenance team on equipment knowledge, basic Clean-Inspect-Lubricate routine and fault diagnostics.
19. Lead the root cause analysis sessions and offer technical expertise.
20. Promote and maintain strong 5S standards across the plant.
Qualifications
21. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering apprenticeship with hands-on experience.
22. Recognized electrical or mechanical academic qualification.
23. Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.
24. Familiarity with CMMS and SCADA systems.
25. Solid understanding of equipment and technical standards.
26. A sense of ownership for safety, quality, and performance.
27. Problem-solving skills.
28. Good communication.
