SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to work for a fantastic client of ours based local to Annesley. This is a 12 moth Fixed Term Contract for Maternity Cover. The Part Time Working Days/Hours are are 9am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. Our client is looking for a customer service professionals who has previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. A successful candidate will be the main point of contact for customers who wish to place an order or have a complaint/comment about the service or products provided by our client. You will need to establish an efficient, friendly, helpful and welcoming approach with every caller providing them with a memorable level of service, which promotes customer loyalty and recommendation.
