In order to apply, you must complete this survey. We are 100C, a US-based YouTube agency specializing in creating and growing profitable YouTube channels for companies. We handle strategy, scripting, video editing, branding, graphic design, metadata, and posting for our clients. Currently, we are looking to hire an ADVANCED, full-time scriptwriter to write talking head education content about health-related topics for one of our clients, who is a doctor.
Are a fluent English speaker
Have written at least 50 YouTube talking head education scripts
Understand advanced YouTube scripting strategy
Are available full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
Are willing to work on weekends if necessary
Are available to start right away
Script quality is perhaps the most valuable thing we deliver for our clients, so we're looking for a YouTube scriptwriter with the experience to match our standards and results. We will train you to write scripts the way we do, but we expect you to have a solid foundation of experience and skill to minimize the learning curve.
This is the equivalent of a full-time, remote position that will involve 3 long-form scripts per week.
It is a contractor position (NOT an employee) which means we dont offer things like paid leave or healthcare.
As long as you complete your work on time without compromising quality, we dont care if it takes you 5 days or 5 hours.
You will be expected to follow YouTube best practices to structure your scripts in a way that maximizes viewer retention.
The final version of each script should be the absolute best script for that topic on YouTube (we have high standards for quality).
Compensation:
Once you demonstrate that you can complete each script without a lot of feedback, we will increase your base pay by $500USD per month. The position also comes with the potential to earn a performance bonus up to $10,000/mo on top of your baseline salary, depending on how well your work helps us achieve our business goals that month.
