Teksystems is partnering with a major financial service client on a high-impact, long-term digital transformation programme.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developerto join a greenfield workforce management platform that will eventually scale across tens of thousands of users globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a strategic product from the ground up, with long-term scope, modern tech, and a collaborative Agile team.
The Role
You’ll be embedded on-site with our end client, contributing to the development of a new internal platform designed to unify and streamline workforce data and processes across the organisation. The product is already live in its first phase and will expand significantly over time.
You’ll work closely with a supportive team including a Product Owner, Dev Lead, and other developers, focusing on clean, maintainable code and iterative delivery. No stakeholder management or heavy soft skills required—just solid, reliable development.
What We’re Looking For
* 4–5 years’ experiencein software development
* Strong skills inC# / .NET (including .NET 6+)
* Experience withfull stack development(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
* Familiarity withWebAPI, MVC, andrelational databases
* Exposure toAgile methodologiesandCI/CD pipelines(e.g. Jenkins)
* Some knowledge ofPythonis a bonus, but not essential
* Experience working incloud environmentsis desirable
Nice to Have
* Experience working incloud environments(any major provider)
* Familiarity with microservices and containerisation
* Understanding of scalable application design
* Experience with automated testing and Git version control
Interview & Start
* 1-stage video interview(30 minutes via Zoom) with the Dev Lead and Product Owner
* Start ASAP– ideally within 2 weeks, 4 weeks max for the right candidate
