This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people develop independence, communication skills, and confidence in a supportive, inclusive environment. You'll be working with learners aged 16-25 who have diverse needs, including physical disabilities, autism, communication challenges, and complex learning difficulties. The setting offers strong staff support, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities.
