Commercial Paralegal – Global Sports & Media Organisation
Location: London (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
Contract: 24 months
A major global sports and media organisation is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Paralegal to join its established in-house legal team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven paralegal to gain hands-on experience supporting high-profile international commercial work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative legal team, you will support lawyers across a range of key commercial workstreams, including:
* Drafting and reviewing media rights agreements for international sporting series
* Assisting with partnership, sponsorship, licensing, and distribution agreements
* Supporting procurement matters, including supplier contracts and DPAs
* Drafting NDAs and assisting with consumer-facing terms & conditions
* Providing support to marketing, digital, and commercial functions on ad-hoc contracts
* Managing internal queries, maintaining templates and playbooks, and undertaking legal research
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a paralegal from an in-house legal team
* Strong exposure to commercial contracts and solid drafting skills
* A good grounding in English law
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
* An interest in the sports, media, or entertainment sectors
