In this role, you will manage your own caseload and work closely with Adult Social Care teams and Day Services to identify personalised pathways that promote independence and meaningful progression. These pathways may include volunteering, work placements, training and development, or paid employment — We are ambitious for the people we support, and we strive to create real, lasting opportunities that make a difference.
Alongside direct casework, you will also contribute strategically to shaping the future of employment support within Adult Social Care. This includes developing partnerships with employers, driving forward our Inclusive Employer Charter, and championing accessible, inclusive, and sustainable employment options across the local area.
Please submit a CV and cover letter along with your completed application form.
