Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Administrator to support our HR and Finance functions. The role involves working across both areas, requiring flexibility and excellent organisational skills. You should have experience with the employee lifecycle, financial office procedures, and maintaining accurate electronic records. Strong communication skills are essential.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience as an HR Administrator
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and work independently
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in IT, including Excel and Teams
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Applicants should have at least A-level standard education or equivalent qualification and experience working in a busy office environment.
