Role: 12ab Traffic Management Foreman
As a key member of our team, you will:
1. Assist and advise managers to help schemes run smoothly and efficiently
2. Oversee and coordinate a crew ensuring roles are carried out safely and project objectives are achieved
3. Undertake traffic counts, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and monitor timings and near misses
4. Help and guide new trainees
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification
* Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations
* Full driving licence with no more than 6 points; any bans must have expired at least 5 years ago
* Valid safety critical medical certificate
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test (offered contingent on results)
* Positive, 'can-do' attitude
* Skills: adaptability, flexibility, meticulous attention to detail

Hours and Salary:
General hours are 48 per week, including day and night shifts. Overtime is available. This is a 12-month fixed-term position. Salary: up to £180.96 per shift, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and overtime opportunities.
