Night Shift Production Operatives - Exeter
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join the team at Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aerospace manufacturing, located in Exeter.

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm - 6am
Pay Rate: Starting at 16.19 per hour + overtime available after training
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components
* Carry out precise assembly and inspection of detailed parts
* Coating and dipping parts
* Follow manufacturing instructions and quality control procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or general industrial environment
* Experience using hand tools or operating machinery is advantageous, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* High awareness of health and safety procedures
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
