Prime Life is seeking a talented and passionate individual to lead and manage our Residential Care Home in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. This role requires registration with CQC.
The position is based at Southfield House, designed to cater to 14 residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, requiring dignified support from our caring team. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual needs.

Responsibilities include:
* Leading, managing, and supporting your team to ensure high-quality care and service
* Reviewing and updating care plans, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Managing all financial aspects of the home, including budgets
* Preserving and promoting residents' dignity and independence
* Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life
* Facilitating residents' participation in discussions about their daily living arrangements
Ideal candidate:
Possesses a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience in a similar role and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Management Level 5 are essential. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and external agencies is highly desirable.
