What You’ll Be Doing Providing classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects and key stages Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment Assisting pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEN) Stepping in to cover absences or short-term support needs — no two days are the same!
