Executive Assistant – UK & ROI Sales
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (hybrid working)
We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the UK & ROI Sales General Manager, as well as administrative coordination for the wider Leadership Team.
In this pivotal role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate key meetings and events, organise travel, prepare documents and presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping the team operate efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day personal assistance to the General Manager, ensuring smooth management of activities and priorities.
* Manage complex diaries, arranging and sequencing meetings to maximise productivity.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics for the General Manager.
* Process business expenses, invoices and general administration tasks.
* Proactively organise and coordinate regular meetings, reviews and Leadership Team activities.
* Schedule, prepare and manage key meetings, including venue booking, travel coordination and providing all required information to attendees in advance.
* Prepare high‑quality documents, reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism and discretion.
Your Experience
* Strong experience working in a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
* Proven capability in diary management, travel booking, expenses processing and coordinating high‑level meetings.
* Experience working in a corporate environment supporting senior leadership.
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
* Experience working across multiple European locations (or international teams).
* Demonstrated ability to prepare professional reports, presentations and correspondence.
* Confident in handling confidential, sensitive or strategic information.
Your Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of business rhythms.
* Collaborative approach, working well with Leadership Teams and other PAs.
* Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
