Are you a commercially driven finance leader ready to make a significant impact across a complex, multi‑site organisation? We're looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to shape financial strategy, strengthen operational performance, and partner with the senior leadership team to deliver sustainable growth.
In this high‑visibility role, you will:
Lead the full UK finance function—covering reporting, controls, tax, treasury, planning, and business partnering
Work closely with the Managing Director to drive profitable growth, optimise margins, and support long‑term strategic planning
Provide insight and challenge on pricing, tenders, commercial proposals, and investment decisions
Build capability across a high-performing Finance and IT team, fostering excellence and accountability
Strengthen financial governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and robust internal controls across all entities and sites
Who we're looking for:
A seasoned senior finance leader with experience in a complex, fast-paced, multi‑site environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Experience leading large teams and delivering change or transformation
A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
A leader with presence, integrity, and the drive to deliver results
