We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead a team of 12 talented professionals, including the Heads of Security and Cloud & Infrastructure. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, strengthen technical delivery, and align engineering excellence with business growth.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and inspire teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment to business goals.
Define and deliver a forward-thinking engineering roadmap focused on scalability, automation, and performance.
Champion best practices, modern tooling, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all technical domains.
Mentor department heads and senior engineers to foster leadership growth and technical depth.

🌐 What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or Head of Technology.
Strong technical grounding in Microsoft Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure.
Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in cloud‑first or hybrid environments.
Background in an MSP or enterprise‑scale organisation.
