About you: Essential Skills: Experience of working in the recruitment industry and placing clients with employers seeking to recruit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. Desirable Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field.
