We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Partner to join our team and lead senior-level and mission-critical mandates across global financial services.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at the most senior end of the market — partnering directly with CEOs, boards and leadership teams to solve complex talent challenges. You will lead retained executive search assignments while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the Eames Partnership platform.

The Role
As an Executive Search Partner, you will lead end-to-end executive search and talent advisory engagements across senior leadership roles within financial services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with senior client stakeholders to define leadership hiring needs and develop clear success profiles
* Designing and executing targeted search strategies for C-suite and senior leadership appointments
* Identifying, engaging and assessing high-calibre executives through proactive market mapping and relationship networks
* Managing retained search assignments end-to-end, from briefing and longlisting through to candidate assessment, referencing and offer negotiation
* Advising clients on leadership market trends, competitor landscapes and compensation dynamics
* Ensuring a thoughtful, professional and confidential experience for candidates throughout the search process
* Building and maintaining strong, diverse networks of senior financial services leaders
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced executive search professional who combines strong commercial instincts with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
You will bring:
* 8+ years of executive search experience, either within a search firm or in-house leadership hiring environment
* A track record of delivering senior leadership and executive appointments
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships
* Expertise in executive candidate assessment and structured interviewing
* High levels of professionalism, discretion and commercial judgement
