No Sundays, an established and well-known automotive brand, and a genuinely supportive main dealer environment with consistent customer flow, strong stock levels, and a setup designed to help salespeople perform and earn. This is a performance-driven role where effort is rewarded properly, backed by a clear commission structure and monthly bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Generating new and pre-owned vehicle sales leads and prospects
* Delivering a premium, bespoke customer experience tailored to individual needs
* Managing the full sales journey from enquiry through to handover
* Providing excellent post-sale care to support customer loyalty and repeat business
* Achieving new and pre-owned sales targets consistently
* Engaging with customers across digital channels and modern enquiry platforms
* Working independently while maintaining high standards of organisation and self-motivation
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
* Strong ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Confident using digital channels to engage and convert customers
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
* Target-driven with a strong desire to earn
* Genuine interest in the automotive sector
* Full UK driving licence required
Salary and Benefits
* £15,000 basic salary + commission + bonus
* £50,000 OTE
* Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am–5:00pm, Sunday off plus a day off in the week
* Strong commission structure
* £1,000 monthly bonus for hitting target
