Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus company benefits

Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts Mon‑Fri between 8am‑6pm with a 30‑min lunch. Work outside these core hours may be required.
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote). There may be a requirement to work a full 5 days on site in the future; please only apply if you can.
Purpose of the Role
Williams Lea is seeking a Presentations Designer to work onsite at a leading banking institution in London. The role is part of the Presentations Team, delivering high‑quality, creative, interactive multimedia presentations alongside standardised branded collateral.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively deliver outstanding creative multimedia presentations in line with client brand guidelines
* Think creatively to develop innovative ideas and concepts in collaboration with the Global Creative Director
* Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality control across all deliverables
* Contribute forward‑thinking ideas and maintain awareness of current design techniques, trends, and best practices
* Create engaging and visually compelling infographics
* Apply design principles related to animation and moving image where appropriate
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Support the business to deliver client work “right first time, on time”
* Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients and manage expectations effectively
* Provide technical and creative guidance to clients using design expertise
* Build strong professional relationships with clients and consistently deliver excellent customer service
* Support the workflow team by providing accurate project estimates
* Adopt a proactive approach to project and time management
* Adhere to all departmental, company, and client policies and procedures
* Ensure all activity is recorded accurately using designated company systems and tools
Knowledge and Skills
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience spanning print, digital, and moving image design is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Strong expertise in layout design and the creation of engaging infographics
* Confidence presenting and explaining creative ideas to clients and colleagues
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
* Calm, mature, and professional approach, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Enthusiastic and confident team player
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands
* Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Advanced PowerPoint skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
* Experience with animation or motion graphics is desirable
