The Payload:
* Solid Starting Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary per year (negotiable based on your current skill level).

What You Will Be Doing:
* True Variety: Carrying out routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, and fluid replacements across a massive range of vehicle makes and models—no boring, repetitive days here.
* Core Repairs: Handling mid-level mechanical tasks including brakes, suspension components, steering, exhausts, tyre fitting, and comprehensive vehicle health checks.
* Technical Growth: Learning to utilize the latest diagnostic tools under master technician guidance with full training provided so you can comfortably handle modern vehicle tech.
* Quality Over Speed: Working in a pace-over-pressure workshop where doing the job right the first time is valued over rushing vehicles through the lane.
What We Need From You:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional workshop experience as a Car Mechanic or Junior Vehicle Technician.
