What you will do
* Provide specialised physiotherapy treatment for children with burn injuries to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Educate patients and their families on ongoing care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques.
* Monitor patient progress, documenting and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on best practices and improvements in paediatric burn care.
Requirements
* HCPC Registered: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council to practice in the UK.
* Experience: Prior experience in burn care and paediatric physiotherapy will set you up for success.
* Driving: Possession of a valid driver’s licence is required to travel between sites and provide home visits when necessary.
