Our client, a rapidly expanding national IFA brand has ahave a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join our their AshbourneOffice.This is an integral and varied role and your experience in providing highquality administrative support will be invaluable to the whole team. You willact as the point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions,investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers andcovering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure afirst-class service is provided to internal and external parties.
Job Responsibilities
* Clientcorrespondence, written and verbal.
* ProcessingNew Business.
* Preparationof client review packs.
* Arrangingclient meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary.
* Illustrationrequests.
* Ensurethat all financial planning client administration is carried out inaccordance with the Firm's procedures.
* Maintainclient records on the company software and ensure the client and firm'sfiles are well presented, accurate and compliant.
* Takingphone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate.
* Back-officesupport.
Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additionalresponsibilities considered reasonable.
Requirements
You will already be experienced working in a FinancialPlanning firm, and will need to be motivated, friendly and professional at alltimes and able to hold conversations with third parties, representing thecompany in a professional manner.
You will also be skilled in, or have the ability to learn:
* Goodworking knowledge of IO and Platform.
* Productionof concise business correspondence and proofreading for grammar, spellingand punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
* Confidencewith IT and office software packages including Teams, Outlook, Word andExcel.
* Managementand prioritising workloads.
* Excellentplanning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
* Analyticaland problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility/adaptabilityto cope with change.
* Excellentcommunication skills at all levels.
* Ateam player with a positive attitude.
