Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor - Wigan - 38.5 hours; 3 on 3 off - £24,444.42 per annum.
Shift Pattern:
* Working 3 days out of 7 - inclusive of weekends.
* 3 x 12-hour shifts, 3 days off, repeating (not fixed days).
* Hours between 8 AM - 8 PM.
* 1-hour lunch, 2 x 20-minute breaks.
* 8-week rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email per APCOA standards (training provided).
* Using knowledge of processes, laws, and policies to advise customers.
* Performing clerical tasks aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
