Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
Handling patient enquiries and payments
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the dental team with general administrative duties
About You:
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using computers and booking systems
Previous reception or dental experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)
Hours:
Part-time hours to include some Saturdays and evenings
