Our Spa and Leisure Complex offers a range of luxurious spa treatments and boasts a 15-metre indoor infinity pool, life fitness gym, sauna, steam room and 20m open air heated pool. As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of our professional team, offering a range of beauty treatments to our guests and non-residents. Responsibilities Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments Maintain a warm, professional and welcoming environment for all guests Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean and presented to the highest standard at all times Provide expert advice on products and aftercare Efficiently manage the spa diary, ensuring all treatments, packages and guest enquiries are managed professionally. Work collaboratively with the spa and reception team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications/Requirements NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Previous experience in a spa or beauty environment Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, skincare and product recommendations Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive rates of pay Paid holiday Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.
