Accounts Administrator
* Annual Salary: £25,000
* Location: Stevenage/ Office based
* Job Type: Full-time hours 8:30am - 5pm
My client isseeking a reliable Accounts Payable Assistantwith some accounts experience to join theirteam. Theyoffer extensive training and support to help you with your career.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Processing supplier invoices and overheads efficiently.
* Raising and matching purchase orders against invoices to ensure accuracy.
* Managing supplier statements and maintaining good supplier relationships.
* Assisting with the preparation and generation of payment runs.
* Carrying out general accounts administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Some purchase ledger experience is ideal.
* Knowledge and experience within a similar role are advantageous.
* Ability to take ownership of the role while being receptive to direction.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop within the role.
* Full training and induction to the company will be provided upon starting.
