Main duties of the job
Weare seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated experience Registered Nurse tojoin the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of specialist palliative careto patients and their families.
Thepost holder will need to be able to work autonomously and be responsible forcomplex holistic assessments and planning care to meet patients practical,psychological, spiritual, and social needs. They will work closely with primaryand secondary care professionals and Hospice colleagues, and good communicationand team working skills are essential.
Whilst the role can be busy and challenging, there isgreat reward in helping make a real difference to the quality of life andsymptom control to those with life limiting conditions.
