Hours: 37.5 Mon-Fri (Two Tiered on-call 1 in 3)

Provide managerial support across properties in Plymouth & Paignton, overseeing 8 staff members who support 8 service users.

Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service management role, with a track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences
* Experience in risk identification and management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
* Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, management, or customer service
* Certification in service management or related discipline is highly desirable
* Previous experience in the service industry or a customer-facing role is advantageous
