Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based at Thornbury Golf & Lodge. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, organising events, and coordinating with various departments to deliver exceptional experiences. The role also involves overseeing sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth in both memberships and event bookings.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
* Organisational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of hospitality, event planning, and/or experience in the golf or leisure industry is a plus
* Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
* Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset and a customer-centric approach
