The Role You’ll join a close-knit, supportive commercial team based in modern, open-plan offices in Whiteley. As a Graduate Sales & Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of around 20 business accounts from the outset, focusing on building strong relationships, expanding your network within each organisation and growing the value of every account. Alongside managing existing clients, you’ll also be encouraged to spot and develop new business opportunities, helping to grow the client base and increase revenue across the Industrials division. This is initially an office-based, phone-led role, ideal for a graduate who enjoys building relationships, working at pace and developing confidence in a professional sales environment.
