Role Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design expertise to enhance our digital and offline brand presence. This hands-on role blends visual creativity with marketing strategy, ideal for someone who can design across multiple touchpoints – from social media to billboards and live events.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce eye-catching digital content for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and website using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Create offline marketing materials including billboards, posters, event banners, flyers, and packaging visuals, ensuring they are brand-aligned and high-impact.
Support the design and visual setup of promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations – including signage, backdrops, POS displays, and branded merchandise.
Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms.
Use Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to monitor, report, and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all online and offline assets.
Keep up with design trends and competitors to inform and inspire creative output.
Support email marketing layout and design, website visual content updates, and other creative marketing needs.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing and multi-channel graphic design, including print and large-format.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital and offline creative work – from social posts to billboards and event collateral.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Comfortable analysing campaign data to inform design decisions and improve engagement.
Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency.
Great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
